We acquire & renovate apartment communities. We specialize in deferred properties and reposition them into great income producing assets. We favor the top 75 MSA markets with favorable business climates, renter demographics and colleges or universities nearby. We love areas whereby we see future redevelopment and improvements. Up and coming neighborhoods are a plus.

Our investors can invest as little as $25,000 in most of our syndicated projects, and can typically be accredited or non-accredited. We work closely with our investors to understand their investment needs and the suitability of our syndicated investment projects to help them meet their goals.
