Hayden Duer
Principal
Founder of Duer Urakami Group.
Hayden focuses on property acquisition, underwriting, and business development. Hayden has an extensive background in Property and Asset Management. From 2017-2022, he worked as a Maintenance Technician, up the ranks where he then managed apartment complexes ranging from 125 - 250 units in San Diego, CA. Hayden currently manages $25+ Million in Single Family, Commercial Retail and Office Buildings in CA and AZ.

Matt focuses on accounting, construction management, financial analysis, and business systems development. Matt began his career working at Ernst & Young as an Auditor after graduating from CSUMB in 2016. In 2018, Matt became self-employed, starting several successful businesses with his brother. Additionally, Matt owns 2 short term rentals in Palm Springs, CA, where he assists with construction and renovations, financial analysis and lending for the properties.

Our Story
The Duer Urakami Group was founded in 2023, but our story began in 2013 when Hayden and Matt met playing baseball in college together at Cal State University Monterey Bay. We both knew we had a future working together in real estate from our countless conversations about investing and creating generational wealth. After investing on our own for a couple years, we knew we had to partner up and start building and that’s exactly we did.
