This project is located in the Kansas City, North neighborhood 6.5 miles north of the heart of downtown KC Missouri. With it's quiet, convenient location near new development, shops, and restaurants, we are excited for all the potential this project holds.

Our business model features a $450,000 renovation budget consisting of cosmetic interior upgrades to each unit, a laundry room conversion, an exterior facelift with rebranding and curb appeal upgrades, as well as a full roof replacement. This will enable us to improve our tenant profile, maximize the property's output and significantly grow NOI.
